Ransdell Living and Learning Center

Substantial rehabilitation of a 16-unit residential affordable housing development previously known as Adam's Station. This project is designed as family with some units set aside for special needs adults with Autism Spectrum Disability. Western Kentucky University has the Kelly Autism Program that assists those with autism in daily living skills, employment skills, and assist with these individuals attending the university to obtain a degree. It is one of the few projects in the state of Kentucky to assist this population improving quality of life and self sufficiency.
