Since 1980, Wabuck Development Company, Inc. has developed affordable housing across the state of Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee. Wabuck began by developing properties utilizing Rural Development Funds (formerly FmHA) and has since developed approximately 3,500 units across the region utilizing a wide source of funding.
